ADS has developed a method of producing realistic "roughs" that can more easily be approved and revised by separating the assets strategically. By doing this the net number of assets that need to be rendered is reduced. You as the client won't always notice how much better the process is but you'll certainly notice it in the quality of the final product and the lower costs.

What we have found is that whatever is done in the early stages of production trickles down to the later stages. You'll find that we spend more time than most during the early stages of development to ensure our final product meets everybodys expectations.

Combining the creativity and industriousness of our co-founders Ken and Frank, with the amazing talents of our media team, concepts are geared toward success from the beginning. The decisions made during the concept stage can either propel your project toward a dramatic, effective and compelling story, or these choices can weigh the project down with unnesessary requirements and burdens throughout the rest of the production process.

For example, in one production we saved hundreds of man-hours in production labor by simply changing the environment from inside a building to the outside looking through windows. Not only did we not need to layout, model, color and render full-body characters, but we ended up with a more dramatic and mysterious presentation as a result.

Round it Out With Our Exclusive Smooth Pipeline Operation

By setting up a central location for data storehouses and separating it into animation, environments, characters and everything else but the kitchen sink, we have made it simple to find everything. We also set up a protocol for passing one scene form one department to another - so our team will know what to expect, when to expect it and where to find it. In addition, we streamline the data files themselves with automated scripts to drop unnecessary data and temporarily remove data that isn't needed until later stages.
